Shipping & Delivery For Outlet Orders
Everyone wants to know how soon they will receive their product and that's perfectly normal. We've outlined our entire process so that you can better understand the timeline of your package and how soon you'll get it:
1.) WE PACKAGE YOUR ORDER
We receive your order and we immediately put it in the queue to be packaged and sent out. This process takes anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on our volume.
2.) WE SHIP YOUR ORDER
Once we've packaged your item safely, We send it out via CJPacket and your local delivery service. From there, you should receive your package within 3-12 business days at the latest.
3.) YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
Voila! You receive your amazing order from us, safe and sound!

Where do I track my package?
You can easily track your order by pressing the track order button above, or alternatively by clicking the view my order in your confirmation or dispatched email. Here you'll be able to check on the full status of your order. Please note, the tracking page takes a little while to update, so if you do not see any tracking information straight away, don't worry and check back later.
What if my order says delivered, but I never received it?
